Widget shows wrong personality or tools

  • Confirm the agent switcher matches the agent you configured.
  • Re-copy the embed snippet from Integrations after changes.
  • Clear browser cache or hard-reload the host page.

Knowledge answers feel wrong

  • Re-run Crawler or re-upload Files after site changes.
  • Remove outdated documents that contradict newer content.
  • Test the same question in Agent chat with search tool enabled.

Channel messages not arriving

  • Verify webhook URLs and secrets in the provider (Meta, Telegram, etc.).
  • Check organization ID query params match your deployment.
  • Inspect rate limit or signature errors in server logs.

Escalations never stop AI

  • Check conversation status in Inbox—ensure escalated is set when humans take over.
  • Review Agent settings for escalation tool behavior.

MCP tools fail

  • Re-authenticate OAuth (Slack, Google, Notion, etc.).
  • Confirm tokens haven’t been revoked at the provider.
