Common issues
Widget shows wrong personality or tools
- Confirm the agent switcher matches the agent you configured.
- Re-copy the embed snippet from Integrations after changes.
- Clear browser cache or hard-reload the host page.
Knowledge answers feel wrong
- Re-run Crawler or re-upload Files after site changes.
- Remove outdated documents that contradict newer content.
- Test the same question in Agent chat with search tool enabled.
Channel messages not arriving
- Verify webhook URLs and secrets in the provider (Meta, Telegram, etc.).
- Check organization ID query params match your deployment.
- Inspect rate limit or signature errors in server logs.
Escalations never stop AI
- Check conversation status in Inbox—ensure escalated is set when humans take over.
- Review Agent settings for escalation tool behavior.
MCP tools fail
- Re-authenticate OAuth (Slack, Google, Notion, etc.).
- Confirm tokens haven’t been revoked at the provider.
