This policy describes how WisebotAI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites and services (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms of service.

WisebotAI is operated by WisebotAI LLC. Depending on your region, a different legal entity or processor may apply as disclosed in an order form or data processing agreement.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and contact data — name, work email, organization, and billing information when you sign up or pay for the Services
• Service and product data — content you or your end users provide through the product (e.g. messages, files, knowledge base material), configuration of agents and workflows, and technical logs
• Usage and device data — IP address, approximated location, browser type, cookies or similar identifiers, and how you use the product
• Support communications — information you provide when you contact us

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including model routing and automations you configure
• Authenticate users, protect security, and prevent abuse
• Communicate about the Services, including updates, security alerts, and support
• Comply with law and enforce our terms
• Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the product. We do not use your private conversation or knowledge-base content to train third-party foundation models for their own products unless we tell you in writing and, where required, obtain consent

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where GDPR-style laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. securing the product, analytics with safeguards), legal obligation, or consent when we ask for it. You may withdraw consent where processing is optional.

5. International transfers

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized under applicable law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose your organization's or end users' content to unrelated third parties for their own marketing or model training. Disclosure is limited to operating the Services and to the categories below.

• Sub-processors and infrastructure providers that help us run the Services (e.g. hosting, email delivery)
• Model and integration partners only as needed to perform the services you enable
• Professional advisors, in connection with corporate transactions, or if required by law or to protect rights

We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined in U.S. state privacy laws.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, plus a reasonable period for backups, security, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of certain data subject to our legal obligations to retain some records.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect data appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to respond promptly to issues we become aware of.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or a higher age where required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. We may provide additional notice for material changes to the Services or where required by law.
