Open Voice
Dashboard → Voice configures the voice assistant integration for your product.
Purpose
Connect voice channels or flows so customers can speak with your agent stack—parallel to text channels and the web widget.
Configuration
Settings depend on your deployment: API keys, assistant IDs, and routing are stored securely (often via secrets in the backend). Only admins should manage these values.
Testing
- Use test numbers or your provider’s sandbox modes when available.
- Confirm agent instructions and tools behave acceptably in voice (shorter prompts often work better).
