WisebotAI ships connector presets for common business systems. Enable them per agent from Agent settings → Tools → Custom API tools.

Presets describe the tool schema and parameters the agent can call. Live calls to your systems require credentials or an upstream endpoint your administrator configures in the dashboard — test in the playground before production traffic.

How to enable

  1. Open Agent settings.
  2. Go to Tools → Custom API tools.
  3. Add the connector preset and keep it enabled for the agent.
  4. Configure provider credentials or upstream URLs with your administrator.
  5. Verify tool calls in the playground.
