How WisebotAI protects customer data and what security controls ship in the product today.

Security & controls

This page describes what is available now in the product. For account sign-in options, see Authentication.

Data protection

  • Traffic to WisebotAI is served over HTTPS (TLS).
  • Credentials for channels and integrations are stored encrypted server-side — not in agent prompts or chat transcripts.
  • We do not sell customer data. See the Privacy policy for retention, subprocessors, and your choices.

Access & sign-in

  • Email and password with hashed storage, plus Google and GitHub OAuth for team sign-in.
  • Organization roles (owner, admin, member) and invitations control who can configure agents and billing.
  • SAML / enterprise SSO is available on request for enterprise customers — contact sales to review your identity provider requirements.

Activity visibility

Today you can review conversation history, approval records for gated tool runs, and run / tool traces in the dashboard. A dedicated compliance-grade audit log export is on the enterprise roadmap — book a demo if you need a formal audit program.

Deployment options

  • Standard cloud — WisebotAI runs on managed infrastructure with the controls above.
  • Private or isolated deployment — available on request for enterprise customers; terms depend on your security and residency requirements.

Responsible AI

  • Ground agents in your knowledge base; tune instructions and guardrails before production traffic.
  • Route high-risk decisions to people; use approvals for actions that change external systems or spend credits.
