What you may see
Depending on deployment:
- Conversation volume over time
- Channel breakdown (web vs WhatsApp vs …)
- Resolution or escalation rates
- Latency or model cost proxies
Charts are backed by aggregated metrics for your organization—the exact tiles depend on your plan and what the deployment exposes in the UI.
Using analytics
- Compare before/after when you change instructions or knowledge.
- Spot channels with high escalation—then improve FAQs or agent prompts.
- Correlate with billing usage if your plan is usage-metered.
Data freshness
Metrics may be near real-time or batch—check timestamps in the UI if shown.
