Dashboard → Home (/) is the main landing view inside the authenticated app (layout: dashboard with sidebar).

Purpose

Typically surfaces shortcuts, recent activity, or health indicators—exact cards depend on your deployment.

From here you can reach every sidebar area: Analytics, Inbox, Appointments, Agents, Knowledge, Crawler, Widget, Voice, Channels, Integrations, MCP Tools, Settings, and Billing.

Agent context

Some widgets may respect the last selected agent or prompt you to pick one before deep-linking to Agent settings or Widget.
