Setup

From Dashboard → Channels, add Telegram and provide your bot token from @BotFather where the UI prompts you.

Webhooks

WisebotAI receives updates via HTTPS webhooks (/channels/telegram/webhook?organizationId=...). Ensure your deployment URL is publicly reachable and HTTPS.

Behavior

Messages map into the same conversation router as other channels—AI replies apply when the conversation is unresolved.

Commands & media

Support for commands, attachments, and stickers depends on connector implementation—test in the agent chat playground and a real Telegram chat.
